Summer Activities – St John’s Hall this Sunday 5th July 2 – 4pm. No-sand sandcastles, treasure hunt, quiz and lots more! £5 adults and £2 children, refreshments included.

Mickleover Singers Concert – 4th July, 7:30pm at St John’s Church. Tickets cost £8 on the door and include light refreshments.
Our Love Prayers and Sympathy – to the family of Christine Kirby. The funeral will be at Markeaton Crematorium Round Chapel on 7th July at 2pm.
Derby University – Osteopathy department urgently seeks volunteers as simulated patients for their students’ July exams: must be 18+, no upper age limit. 1 person, Wednesday 8th, 9.30am, for a male student; 2 people Weds 8th, 1.15 pm, for 2 female students; 1 person, Thurs 9th, 9.30am, for a male student; 1 person, Fri 10th , 9.30 am, for a female student; 2 people Fri 10th, 1.30 pm, for a female student. Who Let the Dads Out – Saturday 11th July at 8.15am at All Saints Centre. A monthly group for dads and their children to spend time with each other, socialise and enjoy breakfast together.
Benefice BBQ – Sunday 12th July from 1pm at All Saints Centre. £7 per person, pay on the gate includes soft drinks. There is a signup sheet at the back of the churches if you would like to come. Please put your name down by this Sunday for catering.

Maker’s Market – Saturday 15th August 10am – 3pm at All Saints Church and Centre. Join us for our first ever Maker’s Market. A variety of stalls, showcasing and selling handcrafted products created by local artisans. If you would like a stall (£12), please contact Karen on 07927183325 or the office. We would welcome help with this event, if you would like to get involved, please let us know.
Temporary Help Needed – We are in need of volunteers to help clean the All Saints Centre at various times during the week until September. If you are able to help, please speak to Rebekah or the Wardens (James and Janice). Thank you.
