Collect:

Stamping Out Cancer – Why bother to collect Used Stamps? On average once every 75 seconds someone is diagnosed with Cancer in the UK. Over 3750 young people are diagnosed each year of which around 2000 of them are less than 10 years old. Research into Cancer Treatment is advancing but more needs to be done. Every stamp you save goes to help find a cure. There is a box at the back of All Saints and an envelope on the porch noticeboard at St John’s for your used stamps.
Save the Date – The Our Mickleover summer fete will be on the weekend of June 27th + 28th on Vicarage Park. The Mickleover churches will be holding a stall, so we will need people to help put up the gazebo, staff the stall and then dismantle and pack away. More details will follow, but please put the date in your diary – the more people that can help the easier the job will be. Thanks. Mike Shooter
Wine and Wisdom Quiz (14th Feb) – many thanks to all who came and especially to the team who assisted with the event. We are pleased to report that the Raffle raised £103 for Food 4 Thought and that a surplus of just over £200 has been allocated to Church Funds. We hope you enjoyed the evening. Richard and Joy
All Saints Churchyard – If you still have Christmas wreaths and items on your family graves in the churchyard, can you please remove them by 15th March. Thank you.
